What I will say, is that Petesflags is a one-man band, and not primarily a money-making venture. I commissioned these figures for my own collection and the 15mm figures as a present for my brother, and I’m happy to be able to make them available to wider wargaming community.
But if I’m away on hols when you place your order, or there are issues with resupply from the casting contractor, then it won’t always be possible to turn round your order on a sixpence. It may take a few days - it could even take a few weeks.
That said, I promise I’ll always get your figures out to you just as fast as I can. And if you ever want to know where they are, just drop me an email and I’ll let you know the state of play.
How does petesflags ship orders?
Royal Mail tracked 48hrs in the UK. Royal Mail International tracked rest of the world this is not the most economic way to post orders and is a great deal more expensive, particularly on international orders.
PLEASE NOTE: if that order subsequently goes astray and I have photographic proof of posting, then petesflags cannot be held responsible for the loss.

Shipping. We aim to process and dispatch your order no later than 30 days after your order has been placed. Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.

For customers outside the UK, Petesflags are not liable for any additional local import duties, taxes or other charges that may fall due on purchases made via this website.
These products are not toys, so please don’t give them to children under 12 years of age. The metal alloy used includes lead, which would be harmful if swallowed.

Returns Policy
If any incorrect items are received, please contact us using the form in the next section in order to rectify the error.
Customers have the right to cancel their order without giving a reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund – less all postage costs. Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported by email, within 7 working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement. We will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, our only obligation is to refund the full purchase price of the item(s).
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction shall be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied. Please include a written explanation of the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
Delivery
I aim to pack and post all orders within 2-5 days of receiving an order – unless I am on holiday, which I will advise on the homepage banner. However, this is a one person hobby business, so appreciate that orders will be dealt with within a few days of them being placed.
Overseas Orders
What about taxes and so on?
Petesflags is way too small to be VAT-registered. For international orders, please note that Petesflags cannot be held responsible for any local taxes, import duties, VAT, customs or handling charges that may be imposed in destination countries. To avoid nasty surprises, we suggest checking your country’s import charges before placing an order.
